1.How do I place an order?

You have 2 ways to do it:
1. Through the 24-hour Online Store.
- Select the "24 hour store" button in the top menu of the screen.
- Choose the products you want to add to the cart within the catalog of our store.
- Click on the product you want to open its file.
- Next, press the "add to cart" button that you will find at the bottom right of each product (add as many products as you want).
- To complete the purchase click on "Complete purchase".
- Enter your information and shipping address for the products in the form and click "Accept".
- Select Payment method (Paypal, cash on delivery, Bizum ...) and click the "Next" button.
2. Through whatssap or chat.
- Send us a whattssap by clicking on the whatssap icon that you will find on our whattsap or chat website.
- Write us what products you want.
- Provide us with the destination address as well as your phone number and name.
- Choose a payment method (Cash on Delivery or Bizum).
- Wait for confirmation of your order and the approximate arrival time of our delivery person.

2.Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, changes can be made to the order as long as:
-The purchase process on the web has not yet been completed. You will have the option to modify, delete or add more products to your shopping cart.
- If the process has already finished, you have 10 minutes, the time it usually takes for the order to be processed and the product delivered from our warehouse to you. Within this time you have several ways to notify if you need any modification of your order; via chat on our website or through our whatsapp (631 060 636).
